About Hydroponics & Indoor Gardening
Hydroponics is a method that enables plants to be grown in a soiless medium under artificial lighting and using only water and the exact nutrients required. It makes it possible to have complete control of the environment and cultivate crops in an efficient manner.
Hydroponics systems are being used successfully to produce plants out of season indoors allow the growing of plants in areas where either the soil or the climate is not suitable for cultivation. It also gives the option to produce any variety of fruits, vegetables or flowers regardless of their origin.
